1. What if I don't want to buy online?
A. You can call or email us and we can take your order over the phone. Payment will be by cheque only so the process will take slightly longer than if you did it by credit card online.
2. How much does postage cost and how long will it take?
A. Everything is made to order and nothing is held in stock so all deliveries will be made within 10 days of the order being received (if it isn't, please contact us immediately). For postage to addresses within the UK all packages cost £4.00
3. Do all the products come with a guarantee?
A. Yes. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 15 working days and we will automatically reimburse you the full amount you paid (see Terms).
4. How do I look after and care for the products?
A. Ideally, a gentle coat of transparent leather cream rubbed in every month or so but if not, then a very soft wipe over with a damp cloth would do.
5. What if like a product but can't find an image I like?
A. We add new images regularly so if you don't find any that you like please re-visit us and hopefully they'll be something that will appeal.
