We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Currency accepted

All items displayed on our website will be charged in £sterling. Exchange rates for International transactions will be determined by the daily exchange rate applied to the cardholders credit/debit card company on the day the transaction is processed.

Our 15 working day returns guarantee

At Whitehide we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 15 working day returns guarantee, you can return your purchase to us in it's original condition and we will immediately reimburse you.

Our Refunds Policy

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

When you send your item back to us we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used.

Estimated Delivery Time

Everything is made to order and nothing is held in stock so all deliveries will be made within 10 days of the order being received (if it isn't, please contact us immediately).

Postage Charge

For postage to to addresses within the UK all packages cost £4.00, for Europe £8.50, and for the USA £12.50.
